Success
Several years ago, lightning took out my Dish Network receiver and the HDMI board on the TV. I replaced the TV with a newer make and model and put the Panasonic aside for later repair. The TV has been sitting for all this time and I finally decided to see just how lucky I might be to make the repair. I ordered the part which had the HDMI connectors attached. The part come in and the replacement board works perfectly. It is an older set, but still delivers a quality picture from a satellite input on HDMI.
